Position Overview: Interactive Digital Experience Specialist
The Interactive Digital Experience Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing state-of-the-art approaches to enhance user engagement through cutting-edge technologies. This role demands a professional capable of bridging theoretical research with practical application, focusing on augmenting how audiences experience and interact with digital content in innovative ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising computer scientists, data analysts, UX designers, and domain experts to conceptualize and develop interactive systems.
- Leverage advanced algorithms and user-centric design principles to create immersive environments that support storytelling, data visualization, and real-time interaction.
- Conduct rigorous evaluation and usability testing to refine interactive platforms ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and engagement across diverse audiences.
- Contribute to scholarly research by publishing findings, presenting at international conferences, and fostering partnerships within the innovation ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies including augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning to integrate novel capabilities into projects.
- Support the development of prototypes and pilot projects that translate conceptual frameworks into scalable solutions suitable for deployment in cultural, educational, and entertainment contexts.
Qualifications
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Arts, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in developing interactive digital applications or platforms, preferably with a focus on audience engagement and experiential design.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or JavaScript along with familiarity in multimedia frameworks and toolkits.
- Experience working with AR/VR technologies, AI-driven content personalization, or advanced visualization techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus but not mandatory.
