Position Opportunity: Companion Lifestyle Innovation Specialist

We are actively seeking a Companion Lifestyle Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our continued efforts to enhance the quality of life for companions and their human counterparts through innovative product development, behavior insight integration, and the deployment of state-of-the-art technologies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that promote harmony and enrichment in the companionship experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including research and development, behavioral science experts, and supply chain strategists to bring transformative ideas from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation Leadership: Spearhead initiatives that explore novel technologies and methodologies aimed at companion enrichment and wellbeing.
Research & Development Collaboration: Integrate scientific findings and behavioral insights into practical, scalable solutions.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end process from ideation, prototyping, testing, to market launch ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals.
Cross-disciplinary Coordination: Work with marketing, regulatory, and operational teams to align innovation strategies with business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor trends and emerging technologies to maintain Par Pacific Holdings’ competitive edge.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate partnerships and collaborations with academic institutions, technology providers, and community organizations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product innovation, development, or research in sectors aligned with companion wellbeing and lifestyle enhancement.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as IoT devices, AI-driven analytics, or biotechnology applications in lifestyle improvement.
Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or solutions.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific and behavioral concepts into user-centric, commercially viable products.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking abilities.
