Position Overview

As a Talent Engagement Specialist at UWA, you will be instrumental in shaping the pathways that attract talented individuals who will contribute to our institution’s exceptional academic and operational landscape. You will collaborate closely with academic leaders, operational managers, and community partners to design and implement inclusive strategies that resonate with diverse talent pools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with various faculties and departments to identify emerging talent needs and tailor approaches that meet specific cultural and operational demands.
  • Inclusive Candidate Sourcing: Develop creative recruitment campaigns that reach underrepresented groups and promote equitable access to opportunities across UWA.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Foster a transparent, respectful, and engaging recruitment journey that reflects UWA’s values and commitment to diversity.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international networks, ensuring UWA is recognized as an employer of choice in diverse communities.
