Position Overview: Digital Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital content strategies tailored to promote WEC Energy Group’s mission, values, and services.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various digital platforms ensuring alignment with brand messaging and compliance standards.
Monitor digital engagement metrics and provide detailed reports to inform continuous improvement strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, community relations, and customer service to maintain cohesive communication campaigns.
Leverage emerging digital tools and technologies to enhance audience reach and interaction.
Respond to and manage participant interactions and inquiries on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
