Position Summary

The Wellness Strategy Coordinator will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring employee wellbeing programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our workforce. This position sits at the intersection of health advocacy, programme management, and strategic collaboration, driving initiatives that promote physical robustness, mental resilience, and overall occupational wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage holistic wellbeing programs addressing fitness, nutrition, stress management, and preventive care in the workplace.
  • Collaborate closely with management and human resources to align wellbeing strategies with organisational goals and workforce demographics.
  • Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and educational sessions that enhance team knowledge and practice of healthy living.
  • Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gauge employee health needs and program effectiveness, utilizing data to optimize offerings.
  • Serve as the primary contact and advocate for employee health promotion activities and liaise with external specialists when necessary.
  • Develop communication materials and campaigns that raise awareness and encourage participation in wellbeing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations, best practices, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields related to human sciences, nutrition, exercise science, psychology, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in programme coordination, health promotion, employee engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of wellness frameworks, behavioural health, and preventative strategies applicable to corporate environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate resources, and work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and experience in reporting on program impact and outcomes.
  • Passion for fostering a culture of health and wellbeing within a dynamic workplace.
