Role Overview:

Utilize your keen eye for talent to attract, engage, and hire top-tier professionals across various departments within Datadog.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop innovative recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process.
Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships through effective communication and personalized candidate experiences.

What You'll Do:

Source and evaluate candidates through diverse channels to ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and potential within Datadog.
Work on employer branding initiatives to enhance Datadog's reputation as an employer of choice.
Enhance our onboarding process and support new hires during their transition into the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building meaningful relationships.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
