Position Overview
Are you passionate about environmental conservation and social responsibility? We are seeking a Sustainability Engagement Specialist to join our team and drive our efforts in promoting sustainable practices and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance community involvement in our coastal cleanup initiatives.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders and organizations to expand our network and impact.
- Manage volunteer recruitment and engagement activities, ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience for all participants.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate the public on environmental conservation best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in sustainability, environmental studies, or related field.
- Experience in community engagement, volunteer management, or event planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for environmental advocacy and social responsibility.
