Logan County Schools in West Virginia is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Operations Specialists. As a Security Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our school campuses.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol school grounds to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a safe environment for students and staff.
- Respond to security incidents and emergency situations promptly and effectively.
- Implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a high level of safety within the school premises.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
- Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for improving security measures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
