Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with diverse community groups and promoting cultural initiatives that enhance the local arts scene.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to expand arts outreach efforts.
Plan and execute creative events and programs that celebrate cultural diversity and creativity.
Collaborate with artists, educators, and local businesses to foster a supportive arts ecosystem.
Implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of arts-related initiatives and events.
Evaluate the impact of outreach programs and provide reports on community engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in community outreach, event planning, or arts administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fostering creativity and promoting cultural diversity.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
