Position Available: Creative Experience Specialist

Job Description: As a Creative Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our patrons' experience by curating unforgettable moments and engaging with customers to promote our upcoming shows and events. Your creativity and interpersonal skills will be key in driving sales and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect performance for their entertainment needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our community
- Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities and events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to increase ticket sales
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our current and upcoming productions to effectively communicate with customers
