Position: Community Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement programs that focus on enhancing agricultural practices and rural development.
Collaborate with local farmers and organizations to promote sustainable farming techniques and environmental preservation.
Organize workshops and training sessions to educate community members on best practices for agriculture and rural livelihood improvement.
Conduct research to identify opportunities for community growth and sustainable development initiatives within the agricultural sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Rural Development, or a related field.
Experience working in community development, with a focus on agriculture and environmental sustainability.
Demonstrated passion for promoting environmentally friendly practices and fostering growth in rural communities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective community engagement and partnerships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team with a shared vision for community well-being.
