Position: Artisan Retail Specialist

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in navigating and selecting from our diverse range of artisanal products.
Provide personalized recommendations and tailored guidance based on customer preferences.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value.
Contribute to visual merchandising and create captivating product displays.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and foster a sense of community.

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
