Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist
Location: Zug, Switzerland
About the Role:
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients and visitors feel welcome and cared for throughout their stay. Your tasks will include greeting guests, managing inquiries, coordinating services, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and patients
- Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in all interactions
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Coordinate guest services and facilities
- Handle and resolve guest concerns or issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
