Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the franchise or chain industry.
Strong passion for sustainability and environmental initiatives.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
