We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join Bloemfontein Celtic Football Club as our VIP Experience Curator. As the VIP Experience Curator, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing exclusive VIP packages for match days and special events
- Managing relationships with VIP clients and providing personalized service
- Coordinating VIP areas at the stadium and overseeing all VIP hospitality operations
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to promote VIP packages and maximize sales
- Monitoring feedback and continuously improving the VIP experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for sports and creating memorable experiences
