Are you passionate about working with our furry friends and making a difference in their lives? Borgarfjordur Community Volunteer Organization in the Eastern Region of Iceland is seeking a dedicated individual to join us as an Animal Welfare Specialist.
Job Title: Animal Care Innovator
Responsibilities:
- Implement innovative animal care programs and initiatives
- Provide specialized attention and care to animals in need
- Collaborate with community members on animal welfare projects
- Organize and lead educational workshops on animal care
- Assist in coordinating events to raise awareness about animal welfare
Requirements:
- Passion for animal welfare and advocacy
- Experience in animal care or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Understanding of ethical and professional standards in animal care
