Position: Rural Innovation Specialist

Location: Free State, South Africa
Industry: Agriculture & Community Development

Responsibilities:

Research and identify innovative solutions to enhance rural living and agricultural practices
Collaborate with local farmers and communities to understand their needs and challenges
Develop and implement sustainable projects that promote growth and development in rural areas
Educate and train community members on new technologies and best practices
Monitor project progress and evaluate impact on the local community
Stay updated on industry trends and breakthroughs in agricultural innovation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Rural Development, or related field
Proven experience in project management and rural development initiatives
Strong passion for empowering rural communities and promoting sustainable practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
