In this key leadership role, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative health and well-being programs throughout Kansas.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote community wellness
Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify health needs and opportunities for intervention
Lead a team of passionate individuals towards achieving impactful health outcomes
Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for program improvements
Establish partnerships to increase community engagement and participation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in program development and management
Strong understanding of community health needs and trends
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for improving the health and wellness of rural communities
