Position: Artistic Wellness Coordinator
Normandy Association of Art Galleries is seeking a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team as an Artistic Wellness Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a healing environment through the integration of art and culture into our healthcare initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with artists and healthcare professionals to develop innovative programs that promote holistic wellness.
- Organize art exhibitions and events that contribute to the emotional and mental well-being of patients and staff.
- Implement art therapy sessions to support individuals in their healing journey.
- Evaluate the impact of artistic interventions on patient outcomes and adjust programs accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to artists participating in our wellness programs.
Requirements:
- Background in art, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for promoting healing through creative expression.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
