Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of our rural population
Collaborate with local farms and agricultural businesses to promote healthy living initiatives
Educate community members on sustainable farming practices and nutrition
Organize community events focused on health and wellness
Assess the impact of wellness programs and drive improvements based on feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Nutrition, or related field
Experience in community outreach and program development
Understanding of agricultural practices and their influence on community wellness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for improving the health of rural populations
