Piedmont Council for the Arts is seeking a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion to join our dynamic team in North Carolina, United States. As a Diversity & Inclusion Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting cultural awareness and fostering an inclusive environment within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion initiatives
Cultivate relationships with diverse communities to promote engagement and collaboration
Create and oversee programs that celebrate various cultures and perspectives
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate diversity awareness into our communications and media efforts
Organize events and activities that showcase the richness of cultural diversity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Knowledge of media and communication principles
