We are looking for a passionate individual to join our diverse team at Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Regional Science Park as a Multicultural Community Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering community relationships and promoting cultural diversity within the retail space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with various cultural communities
- Create culturally inclusive retail environments
- Organize multicultural events and initiatives
- Collaborate with retail partners to enhance diversity awareness
- Provide cultural sensitivity training to staff members
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences within multicultural contexts
Requirements:
- Experience in community engagement or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of multicultural dynamics and consumer behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
