Your Role

The Data Insights Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that can support our strategic objectives. You will work closely with various departments including product development, marketing, and sales, ensuring that our decisions are data-driven and aligned with customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Gathering and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy.
Working with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and delivering tailored reports and visualizations.
Performing statistical analyses to derive meaningful conclusions from data, including forecasting and predictive modeling.
Designing and conducting surveys and experiments to collect primary data directly from our customers.
Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing your findings, and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy, as well as compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights. We are looking for someone who possesses:

A degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar.
Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate findings.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data and its implications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
