Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project management team to oversee all aspects of project development from inception to completion
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new development opportunities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, architects, contractors, and other key partners
- Create and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in project management or development within the construction industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
