Job Title: Field Development Specialist

Job Description:

Work closely with local farmers to implement advanced agronomic practices that optimize crop yields.
Conduct field trials and experiments to enhance our understanding of regional agricultural challenges.
Collaborate with the research team to develop sustainable solutions for improving crop production.
Provide technical support and training to farmers on the latest agricultural technologies and best practices.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of different agronomic approaches.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.
Proven experience in agricultural research or farm management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
