About the Role:

As the Director of Sustainable Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote sustainable practices in our region. Your role will involve collaborating with educational institutions, farmers, and community stakeholders to drive impactful change. You will oversee projects aimed at enhancing agricultural practices, preserving rural landscapes, and fostering environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of sustainable development programs.
Establish partnerships with local organizations to support education and innovation in the agricultural sector.
Drive initiatives to promote eco-friendly practices in rural communities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainable Development).
Proven experience in implementing sustainable practices in the agriculture or rural sector.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong project management abilities.
Prior experience working with diverse stakeholders is a plus.
