Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with industry experts to cultivate a culture of innovation within the company
- Lead initiatives to enhance agricultural sustainability and resilience in Nevada
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the agricultural sector
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize environmental impact
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proven experience in driving innovation and change in agricultural settings
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively and strategically
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards in the agricultural industry
- Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of rural communities
