This position blends compassion, cultural awareness, and wellness advocacy, contributing to our holistic approach to mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage culturally-inclusive wellness programs that integrate diverse perspectives
Collaborate with community organizations to promote mental health awareness
Provide support and counseling services tailored to a multicultural client base
Facilitate workshops and group sessions focusing on mental wellness and self-care
Evaluate program effectiveness and adapt strategies to meet varied cultural needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
Experience in program development and multicultural environments preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting mental health and well-being in diverse communities
