Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Team Security Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets through proactive security measures and protocols. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential security risks and maintain a secure environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and respond to security incidents
- Implement security protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture
- Provide security awareness training to employees
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security-related roles
- Knowledge of security best practices and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Security certifications are a plus
