Job Description:
- Collaborate with local schools to design and implement innovative educational programs.
- Provide training and support to educators and school staff on best practices in student development.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth in educational services.
- Organize workshops and seminars for ongoing professional development of educators.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the education sector to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, sociology, human services).
- Experience in education, community outreach, or training programs preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping individuals reach their full potential through education and training.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment tools is a plus.
