Job Description:

Design and develop innovative and engaging learning experiences for our employees and stakeholders
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective learning content
Implement best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and educational technologies
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make continuous improvements
Participate in the planning and execution of training initiatives
