Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize land use while preserving its natural heritage
Coordinate with local agricultural communities to promote sustainable practices
Manage resources efficiently to ensure a harmonious relationship between agriculture and the environment
Monitor and evaluate land quality, water resources, and biodiversity

Requirements:

Degree in Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in rural resource management or sustainable agriculture
Strong communication and teamwork skills
