Role Overview:
As the Outdoor Enthusiast Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our adventure apparel store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales growth. You will lead a team of retail associates, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations and drive sales performance
