Job Summary:

As a Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our dancers, ensuring their physical and mental well-being. Your role involves developing tailored healthcare programs, coordinating wellness activities, and promoting a culture of holistic health within the dance community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing dancers' health needs and creating individual wellness plans.
Delivering specialized healthcare services to prevent and manage injuries.
Collaborating with dance instructors and therapists to optimize performance outcomes.
Organizing workshops, lectures, and resources on nutrition, fitness, and stress management.
Advocating for a healthy work environment and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Sports Science, Physiology, Kinesiology).
Proven experience in healthcare, wellness, or sports medicine.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
A passion for dance and a commitment to promoting well-being in the performing arts industry.
Certifications in relevant areas such as massage therapy, physical therapy, or nutrition are a plus.
