Bamburi Nature Trails is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in a vital capacity. We are seeking an Environmental Education Coordinator who will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of tomorrow by fostering a deep connection with nature and environmental stewardship.

As the Environmental Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing dynamic educational programs that engage and inspire learners of all ages. You will work closely with schools, community groups, and visitors to our nature reserve, guiding them on a journey of discovery and fostering a sense of responsibility towards our environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental conservation and education, along with a background in curriculum development and instructional design. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others towards a greener, more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing engaging environmental education curricula for diverse audiences
Leading educational programs and guided tours within the nature reserve
Collaborating with schools and organizations to promote environmental awareness
Evaluating program effectiveness and implementing improvements
Ensuring compliance with educational standards and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Environmental Science, Conservation, Biology, etc.)
Experience in environmental education, interpretation, or related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Passion for nature, wildlife, and environmental sustainability
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
