Appenzell Ausserrhoden Drama Society is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Performance Enhancement Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to optimize our theater productions, audience engagement strategies, and overall performance quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of audience feedback and preferences to enhance our productions.
- Utilize statistical tools and models to assess the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to identify areas for performance improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase audience retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
