Position Available: Green Initiatives Coordinator
As a Green Initiatives Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing environmentally friendly programs and initiatives within our mall surroundings. Your role will involve working closely with local farmers, community gardens, and eco-conscious organizations to promote sustainable practices and showcase the importance of agricultural sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local farmers to source fresh produce for our market events
- Organize educational workshops on urban farming and agricultural practices
- Implement waste reduction strategies and recycling programs within the mall
- Promote community engagement in green initiatives through outreach and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field
- Strong passion for sustainability and environmental conservation
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience in community outreach programs is a plus
