Cottonwood Mall in beautiful New Mexico is seeking a driven and dedicated individual to join our team as a Safety Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and well-being of all patrons and staff within the mall premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain a safe environment within Cottonwood Mall
Implement and enforce security protocols
Respond quickly and efficiently to any security concerns or incidents
Collaborate with mall management to develop safety procedures
Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a security-related field is preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies calmly
Strong attention to detail and observant nature
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
