We're Hiring an Organic Farming Specialist!
Siginon Group is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Organic Farming Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing organic farming practices within our agricultural operations in the Coast region of Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sustainable agriculture, soil management, crop rotation, and pest control methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain organic farming protocols
- Implement sustainable farming practices
- Monitor crop health and quality
- Train farm workers on organic farming techniques
- Ensure compliance with organic farming standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Proven experience in organic farming
- Strong knowledge of soil health and crop management
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Passion for sustainable agriculture
