Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability initiatives that align with our environmental goals.
Create and manage wellness programs for employees to enhance their well-being.
Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainable practices into our daily operations.
Conduct research on best practices in sustainability and wellness to continuously improve our initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure they meet objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability or wellness programs.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
Passion for promoting sustainability and well-being in the workplace.
