Position: Learning and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Learning and Growth Specialist in our organization. In this position, you will have the opportunity to support the learning and development initiatives of our staff, ensuring that they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Facilitate workshops and seminars on various educational topics
Assess training needs and develop curriculum to meet those needs
Collaborate with team members to create a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
Previous experience in training and development preferred
