Your Role
As an Empowerment and Wellness Specialist, you will play a key role in nurturing a culture of personal growth and well-being within our institution. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing programs that promote holistic health, mindfulness, and empowerment among our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct workshops on self-care, mental health, and personal development
- Create initiatives that support a healthy work-life balance
- Collaborate with departments to integrate wellness practices into the academic curriculum
- Provide one-on-one wellness coaching sessions
- Stay informed about emerging trends in wellness and empowerment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in wellness or empowerment programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting well-being and personal growth
- Understanding of sustainability and environmental awareness
