We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join Nestlé Nespresso as a Senior Network Development Manager in Vaud, Switzerland. As the Senior Network Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and developing our network of partners to ensure our brand's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of partner network expansion initiatives.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential partners to grow our presence in key markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance partner capabilities.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize the performance of our partner network.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies across all partner relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, franchise management, or chain operations.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding partner networks and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
