Position Available: Financial Inclusion Facilitator

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Financial Inclusion Facilitator. In this role, you will work closely with the youth community to provide financial guidance, promote economic empowerment, and facilitate access to financial resources. Your efforts will play a crucial role in building a more economically inclusive society and supporting sustainable development.

Responsibilities:

Deliver financial literacy workshops and training sessions to the youth
Assist in developing financial inclusion programs and initiatives
Collaborate with local partners and financial institutions to expand access to financial services
Monitor and evaluate the impact of financial inclusion efforts on the community
Provide individualized support and guidance to empower youth in managing their finances

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in financial education or banking sector preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for youth empowerment and community development
Knowledge of financial literacy principles and practices
