Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site evaluations of existing facilities
Develop and implement improvement plans
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in facilities management or construction projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in facilities maintenance
