- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
