We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our talented team at NT Live Theatre Company. We are currently seeking a Security Operations Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our valued patrons and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain security operations during live performances and events
Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard the theatre premises
Coordinate with external security agencies, if needed, to optimize safety measures
Respond efficiently to security incidents and emergencies
Conduct regular security assessments and audits
Train and educate theatre staff on security procedures and best practices

Requirements:

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
Current First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
