Position: Health and Wellness Facilitator
Location: Mississippi State Hospital, Mississippi, United States
Job Description:
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote holistic well-being
- Provide guidance and support to individuals in their journey towards better health practices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing and inclusive care environment
- Educate clients on preventive healthcare measures and lifestyle choices
- Conduct assessments and design personalized wellness plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting health and wellness
- Experience in creating and delivering health programs is a plus
