Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing brewing recipes for a variety of craft beers
- Overseeing the brewing process from raw ingredients to finished product
- Maintaining quality control to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch
- Managing brewing equipment and ensuring their proper maintenance
- Collaborating with the team to innovate and develop new beer recipes
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the brewing industry
- Extensive knowledge of brewing techniques and processes
- Passion for craft beer and dedication to producing high-quality products
- Excellent organizational and management skills
