Publix Super Markets in Nevada is currently seeking individuals who are passionate about fostering cross-cultural understanding and inclusivity to join our team as a Multicultural Education Program Coordinator.

Your Role:

Develop and implement educational initiatives that promote diversity and cultural competence within the organization.
Collaborate with teams to design and deliver training programs that celebrate different cultural backgrounds and perspectives.
Organize multicultural events and workshops to enhance awareness and appreciation of diverse traditions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of diversity programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in developing educational content is a plus.
